Because our items are custom and hand-picked, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart and details before checking out.
Lost Packages
Once your package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, it’s officially on its way to you.
If your package gets lost, delayed, or marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly so they can assist you.
We know this can be frustrating, and we will always do our best to help point you in the right direction but we aren’t able to issue refunds or replacements for lost packages.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Mistakes can happen! If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours with:

•A quick description of the issue
